Vempo Digital is a digital advertising agency based in Mexicali, Mexico, and is primarily governed by Mexican data protection law (LFPDPPP). As a courtesy, we apply the same privacy practices described here to every visitor, regardless of where you're located.

2. Personal data we collect

We only collect what's necessary to help you — never sensitive information, never more than needed:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), estimated budget, and your message.
• Review form: name, company (optional), rating, and comment.
• Support chat (VemBot): the text of your conversation, so we can reply. It's stored only in your own browser (not on our servers) and sent to Google's Gemini API solely to generate a response.
• Browsing: basic technical data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

3. How we use it

Necessary purposes (required to provide the service you request):

• Responding to your contact or quote request.
• Publishing your review on the site, only if you expressly authorize it when submitting it and we approve it.
• Running the VemBot support chat.

Optional purposes (you can opt out without affecting the service):

• Showing you more relevant ads through the Meta pixel, only if you accepted the corresponding cookies.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

• Our own technical cookies: to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and your cookie choice. Always on, since they're needed for the site to work.
• Google Fonts: loads typefaces from Google's servers, meaning your browser connects to Google when you visit the site.
• Meta pixel (Facebook/Instagram): Meta Platforms, Inc.'s analytics and advertising technology. It only activates if you accept cookies in the banner shown when you enter the site. You can reject it or change your choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

5. Third parties we share data with

• Brevo (transactional email) — to deliver contact and review form messages to us.
• Google (Gemini API) — to generate support chat responses.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — only if you accepted advertising cookies.
• Hostinger — our website hosting provider.

We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or withdraw consent for its use at any time. To do so, email VempoDigital@gmail.com with your name and what you'd like us to do. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Ways to limit use of your data

You can reject or disable advertising cookies anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer, or through your browser settings.

8. Children

Our services are aimed at adults who own or represent a business. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
